Dimetapp DM Colour Free Cold & Cough Paediatric Drops contain no added sugar or colouring for those children sensitive to these ingredients. This formulation has been developed specifically for infants and young children. It contains antihistamine (Brompheniramine Maleate) to relieve a runny nose, itchy, watery eyes and sneezing, a decongestant (Phenylephrine Hydrochloride) to relieve nasal and sinus congestion and a cough suppressant (Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide) to sooth an irritating, unproductive cough. It is pleasant tasting and sugar free.
