Robitussin EX Paediatric Chesty Coughs provides relief from chest congestion and coughs for children. It contains an expectorant (Guaiphenesin) to help loosen congestion so they can cough it up and get it off their chest.

Directions
Administer by mouth 0.2ml per kilogram of body weight every 4 hours.
Children
1-2 years 1.5 to 2.5ml (only on medical advice)
2-4 years 2.5 to 3.5ml
4-6 years 3.5 to 5.0ml
every 4 hours when necessary
Warnings
This medication should not be used in children less than 2 years of age without medical advice. Do not exceed 6 doses in 24 hours. Do not administer to children under 12 months of age.
