One NICORETTE^® 16 hour Patch should be applied first thing every morning and removed before you go to bed. This helps provide craving relief throughout the day, while giving your body a break at night from additional nicotine, minimising the risk of side effects such as sleep disturbance.

The NICORETTE^® 16 hour Patch can be applied to any area of clean, dry, non-hairy skin, for example: hip, upper arm, upper thigh, or chest.

Do not place a patch on the same piece of skin two days running, as this can cause irritation.

When applying the patch, run your finger around the edge of the patch to ensure it adheres properly.

Never smoke at the same time as using NICORETTE^® 16 hour patch.
