Each vegetarian capsule contains:

Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root dry extract 300 mg

equivalent to dry root 3 g (3000 mg)

Schisandra chinensis (Schizandra) fruit dry extract 150 mg

equivalent to dry fruit 1.5 g (1500 mg)

Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Zizyphus) seed dry extract 100 mg

equivalent to dry seed 1 g (1000 mg)

Thiamine hydrochloride (Vitamin B1) 10 mg

Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 25 mg

Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3) 15 mg

Calcium pantothenate 20 mg

equivalent pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5) 18.3 mg

Pyridoxine hydrochloride 50 mg

equivalent pyridoxine (Vitamin B 6) 41.1 mg

Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 5 micrograms
